This Privacy Policy explains how NeuralTrend LLC ("NeuralTrend," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit https://neuraltrend.org, create an account, use our services, subscribe to NeuralTrend Pro, or contact us.

Information you provide to us

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Billing-related information processed through Stripe if you subscribe to NeuralTrend Pro.

Information collected automatically

When you use NeuralTrend, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

  • Approximate location inferred from IP address;
  • Log and diagnostic information used for security, debugging, and service operation.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, precise GPS location, biometric data, or health information.

2. Payment Information

NeuralTrend Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment details are entered through Stripe Checkout or Stripe billing tools. NeuralTrend does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Create, verify, and manage user accounts;
  • Provide Free and Pro access to NeuralTrend features;
  • Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe;

  • Operate, maintain, debug, and improve NeuralTrend;
  • Monitor usage limits and subscription access;
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or deactivate account information where reasonably possible. We may retain limited information where needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

  • Commercial information: such as subscription status, billing history, and transaction-related information processed through Stripe.
  • Internet or network activity: such as log data, page visits, feature usage, and interactions with the website.
  • Approximate geolocation: such as approximate location inferred from IP address.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, biometric information, education records, or protected classification characteristics for NeuralTrend account operation.

If you access NeuralTrend from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.

12. Children’s Privacy

NeuralTrend is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.
