Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NeuralTrend, including the NeuralTrend website, EpochSignaler signals, historical simulations, live simulations, subscription features, and related services. By using NeuralTrend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

NeuralTrend provides model-based market information, signal summaries, backtesting tools, and live simulation features for informational and research purposes. NeuralTrend does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, subscribe to NeuralTrend Pro, or use paid features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Free and Pro Access

NeuralTrend may offer free access to selected assets and paid Pro access to additional assets, features, backtests, previews, or simulation limits. We may change the features included in Free or Pro plans from time to time, provided that we do not materially reduce paid access during an active paid billing period without a reasonable reason.

5. Subscription Billing

NeuralTrend Pro is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel. Subscription pricing, billing interval, and available features are shown on the subscription page before checkout.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you may keep Pro access until that period ends.

7. No Investment Advice

NeuralTrend content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on NeuralTrend should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. Market Risk

Trading and investing involve risk. Market prices can move quickly and unpredictably. Historical simulations, model outputs, signal labels, and past performance do not guarantee future results.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NeuralTrend for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, subscription limits, or security features.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute NeuralTrend data or outputs without written permission.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep NeuralTrend available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party service issues, data provider issues, or technical problems.

11. Third-Party Services

NeuralTrend may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, and market data sources. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeuralTrend is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that signals, simulations, forecasts, data, or outputs will be accurate, complete, timely, profitable, or suitable for your purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralTrend LLC and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website or by email. Continued use of NeuralTrend after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
