Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing
NeuralTrend Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. The subscription price and billing interval are shown before checkout.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your NeuralTrend Pro subscription through the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation, your Pro access will generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will return to Free access unless you resubscribe.
3. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we may review refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or situations where required by applicable law.
4. No Refunds for Trading Outcomes
NeuralTrend does not provide refunds based on trading losses, investment outcomes, market movements, signal performance, backtest results, or dissatisfaction with hypothetical simulation results.
5. Failed or Interrupted Service
If a material technical issue prevents paid users from accessing Pro features for a significant period, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund, account credit, or subscription extension.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
